Get Involved

There are many ways that you can get involved at Clarion County's Promise (CCP):

Volunteering: there is always rooms for volunteers. Programs such as the Reality Tour and the Baby Basket program depend on volunteers for success. Volunteer work could be as little or as much as you'd like. Details on volunteer work can be acquired by calling the office.

Internships: Internship positions are occasionally offered by CCP to students, and can include opportunities for a variety of majors.

Work Study: Each semester, federal work study positions may be available through our office. (This position is currently filled, as of Spring 2010.)

Donations: Since CCP is a non-profit organization, we operate with funds gathered from grants, fundraising, and donations. All funds go toward providing the community with services and programs that will help make Clarion County better for our youth.

Research shows that if the Five Promises, as defined by America's Promise, are consistently fulfilled, they can significantly advance the health and well being of the next generation -- increasing the chances of youth becoming successful adults.
