About Us

Clarion County's Promise, Inc. is a community affiliate of the national organization America's Promise: The Alliance for Youth. Our mission statement is, "Working to fulfill the five promises for youth" These promises consist of providing: a healthy start, safe places in non-school hours, caring adults, effective education and opportunities to serve by giving back to the community. In order to meet these objectives we provide free programs and parent education across our county. Mission Statement:

Clarion County's Promise Staff Positions:

Director: Over sees the operations of the organization
Office Manager: Billing, pay roll and general office management
Family Group Descision Making Coordinator & Truancy Coordinator: Coordinates Family Group Decision Making meetings and truancy meeting and participates in agency and county meetings and other projects.
Prevention Coordinator:
Directs Clarion County Youth Council youth leadership program, participates in agency and county wide drug and alcohol prevention projects/programs.
ASQ Coordinator: Screens children for developmental delays and community events
Homemaker Mentor: Assists families in need with household management concerns and issues.
7 Full & Part Time Parent Educators: home visits, play groups and other community events
